Student Materials: Please bring the following: - Notebook & pen - Wear closed-toe shoes to protect feet from drops and spills - Head covering (hat or bandanna) - Hair ties or clips for pulling back long hair - Food storage containers, in case of leftovers! - An appetite - will eat some meals in the studio Note - Please reach out to the instructor in advance if you have dietary restrictions or questions.

School Fee & Materials: Pantry staples - flours, sugars, butter/oils, spices, etc. at no charge to students. (See inventory.) Per 2021 contract: Also - we will eat a number of meals in the studio - probably either lunch or dinner each day. I will be able to advise the kitchen of the meals we will be missing in the Dining Hall.

Instructor Materials: Instructor will provide any other food necessary. I will rely on the garden as much as possible. I will be in touch with the garden folks a few weeks before class to learn what will be available.

Charlie Patricolo is a primarily a cloth dollmaker. As a member of Southern Highland Craft Guild she shows dolls at a variety of galleries and shows. Teaching is a very important part of keeping the energy alive and new. Besides creating dolls, Charlie has developed a love of Italian cooking after being married to a first generation Italian and learning techniques and recipes at home and Naples, Italy in the kitchens of the family.
