Tasha Miller Griffith's deep joy is in the intersection of craft with belonging to and caring for the natural world. She grew up in a family of makers and tinkerers, she has been experimenting with threads and fabrics since she was very small, and she is always trying to figure out what makes things work. In her classes, she strives to build a deep understanding of concepts through hands-on experimentation in a warm and inspiring environment. Tasha teaches nationally at folk schools and fiber arts events, and writes for magazines including Taproot and PLY. She also bakes sourdough bread, practices meditation, and loves meeting new materials.
