Studio/Location: Enameling Studio
Student Materials: Please bring the following: -Wear cotton/natural fiber clothing and closed toe shoes -Work apron -Particle dust mask to wear while sifting enamels -Covered water bottle, no food or open drinks in the studio -The folk school has all the tools needed, but students are responsible for replacement cost of broken or lost tools. You may bring your own tools labeled with your name. -Optional-can bring a shadowbox frame no smaller than 5"x5" and no larger than 8"x8", but teacher will provide boxes too
School Fee & Materials: FOLK SCHOOL FEE: $30-40 for enamels and materials for enameling in the studio
Instructor Materials: 4-5"x5" sheets of 26 ga. copper 4-2"x2" copper as test pieces shadowbox frame
Equipment Needs: Studio has the tools needed- kilns,tools,enamels

Only this time, fuse powdered glass to copper in a kiln and shadowbox those layers, "painting" your scene in glass. Gain experience in a variety of techniques. All levels welcome; no experience needed.
