Megan Lambert, MS, RD is the co-owner of Garnet Gals Local Jams and Jellies in Andrews, NC. She taught culinary, baking, and nutrition classes at Johnson and Wales University from 2004-2021, and previously owned a bakery café in Morrisville, NC. She enjoys gardening and crafting when she is not creating unique jams and jellies using local produce.
