Bring your sense of humor and have fun. All levels welcome.

Elizabeth Ellis grew up in the Appalachian mountains in a family of storytellers. She has captivated thousands of adults and children around the country in her 43-year career. A favorite at the National Storytelling Festival, and renowned for stories from her family, she is the author of the award-winning books From Plot to Narrative and Prepare to Scare. She is a recipient of both the Circle of Excellence and Lifetime Achievement Awards from the National Storytelling Network. A sought-after teacher of workshops and classes, she lives in Dallas, TX. She is now a great-grandmother because family isn't just in the past.
